Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drawings, sketches, change orders, estimates, and RFIs to facilitate project progression.
  • Assist in generating project status reports, participating in meetings, and managing documentation for timely project closeout.
  • Correspond with owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
  • Support and enforce safety program policies and procedures.
  • Foster open communication and collaborate with project team members and supporting offices to achieve project goals.
  • Understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical, and general construction principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or a two-year degree in a related field with field experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and familiar with project management software.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt under time pressure.
  • Understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical, and general construction principles.
