BNSF ARGENTINE YARD LMIT - Wash Bay and Platform Replacement

BNSF Wash Bay project included demolishing and replacing all electrical and mechanical power feeders. GAC provided demolition and installation services for new concrete floors to improve drainage and new heating and ventilation units to improve air quality. In addition, GAC raised and constructed two-tiered platforms at the site’s north and south ends, a new 8-foot concrete slab, and new 12x53 track beams for the utility tunnel. Any damaged steel support framing was demolished and replaced. Lastly, GAC provided a new asphalt track crossing with concrete aprons installed alongside three sets of tracks.
