BNSF Crew Facility & Remote Crane – Memphis, TN

Memphis, TN

George Allen Construction completed a project for BNSF in Memphis, TN, combining the construction of a modern Crew Facility with installing a Remote Crane Workstation. The team prepared the site by performing excavation, earthwork, and asphalt paving, then installing underground utilities, concrete foundations, and exterior elements such as sidewalks and equipment pads. They constructed the Crew Facility with durable metal siding and roofing systems featuring snow guards, energy-efficient doors and windows, and thermal and moisture control systems. Interior work included drywall, painting, acoustical ceilings, flooring, millwork, and furniture installation. The facility had advanced mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, telecom, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.

The team built insulated walls for the Remote Crane Workstation, implemented soundproofing, installed advanced lighting and HVAC mini-split systems, and integrated telecom infrastructure to enhance operations. This project demonstrates George Allen Construction's commitment to delivering high-quality, functional solutions tailored to BNSF's needs.
