Old Plank Trail Bank of Frankfort

Old Plank Trail Bank, located in Frankfort, IL, was a newly constructed facility built in the prairie style. GAC provided demolition services, including removing two existing buildings, soil remediation, and extensive landscaping. The new facility consisted of a basement utility, community, kitchen, and restroom retained for banking staff. The bank reserved nearly half of the overall footage for customer-facing commercial use, customized with high-end finishes.
